MOMMY RECOVERY POSTNATAL PROGRAM

 

After giving birth you're considered to be in your 4th Trimester and all the way up to 52 weeks!  This time is all about recovery and rehabilitation of your CORE 4. This is NOT the time to simply "bounce back"  as celebs make it seem and I truly believe as a society this is a narrative that MUST be changed. For goodness sake sister, you just went through such an incredible and exhausting journey in your life all while bringing this precious gift of life into this world. Don't you agree rather than punishing the woman in the mirror you should send her love and give her the grace she needs to fully recovery, tend to the new baby, and help this Momma in this new chapter of her life?

 

 

YOU'RE RIGHT, TIME TO HEAL AND RECOVER! WHAT NOW?

Alright my new Momma, remember I mentioned the CORE 4 and training her, yes her? Here's a quick breakdown to refresh your memory: She is made up of 4 parts: the Pelvic Floor, Transverse Abdominals, Multifidus- deep spine muscles, and the Diaphragm. Right... so while naturally your CORE 4 has the ability to heal herself, she still needs a little help and rehabilitation to maintain proper alignment, stability, and functionality. You may notice you have some bladder leakage and/or slight separation in your abdominal muscles (Diastastic Recti), or maybe even a protrusion of your c-section scar that wasn't there before. The Good News??? These are all parts of the CORE 4 that just like your other muscles can be retrained and rehabilitated to help you heal faster and get you back on a regular schedule of physical activity so you can be the strong Mom you know you can be for both you AND baby!

 

 

ALRIGHT, I'M READY...HOW DOES THIS WORK?

AFTER...only AFTER you've been cleared by your Doctor to resume physical activity (at least 8 weeks post delivery), will you be able to sign up for the LHF Postpartum Signature Program. This program will be geared towards rehabilitative CORE 4 movements, 3x a week as well as functional strength movements for daily mommy-and-me tasks i.e. picking up that heavy a** baby carrier without throwing your back out! And let's not forget proper nourishment of our bodies for recovery especially for those who are breastfeeding!

Recovery Workouts

I personally tested the rehabilitative specific workouts for this program to ensure you get the results you need. Best of all you can train in the comfort of your own home. As exhausted as you already are, you definitely don't want to go to the gym. And that is why this program is so amazing.

 

 

Recommended Nutrition Target

Did you know, breastfeeding mothers need approximately 500 more calories per day!? Whether you're breastfeeding or not, rest assured with the nutrition target you will understand the true meaning of BALANCE within your diet as I teach you how to mindfully eat and mindfully indulge while ensuring you're getting the proper nutrients for your body.

With 1:1 in app messaging support with your Trainer, weekly check ins, and monthly progress tracking, rest assure you'll be supported through out this amazing journey!
