MY STORY

I was told I'd need surgery.

A posture correction saved me.

At school, I lived for sport. But the price of that was a back that had specialists talking about spinal fusion by age 25. Surgery was never something I was willing to accept.Then, during my student years in Potchefstroom, a perceptive physio noticed something everyone else had missed: my problem wasn't structural — it was postural. A handful of targeted exercises, and the pain disappeared entirely.

That moment changed the entire direction of my life. If a postural fix could save me from surgery — how many other women were suffering unnecessarily?

Ten years of obsessive learning followed. Not just exercise science — but biomechanics, soft tissue therapy, nutrition, pre/postnatal health, EMS training. All converging into the method I now use to help women like you, every single day.
