At school, I lived for sport. But the price of that was a back that had specialists talking about spinal fusion by age 25. Surgery was never something I was willing to accept.Then, during my student years in Potchefstroom, a perceptive physio noticed something everyone else had missed: my problem wasn't structural — it was postural.
