As a sports massage therapist, I see the same problems every day.

That’s why I built a different approach.
My Own Journey With Pain and Strength
I didn’t become a coach because fitness was easy for me.
At 25, doctors suggested spinal fusion surgery because of chronic back pain.
At the same time, I was dealing with endometriosis and constant physical fatigue.
Instead of accepting that pain was permanent, I started studying how the body actually works.
Through strength training, proper core stability, and movement correction, I rebuilt my body from the ground up.
That process became the foundation of what I now teach.
